Who are we?

After a successful and active career of 35 years in Shipping, Trade and distribution of Agri commodities, third party Liquid Storage business, production and marketing of Liquid feed, I have decided to start my own company. Now it is time to do those things that I like most and do best. That is coaching and consulting companies, associations or individuals as to how to bring their business forward. In my opinion there is nothing more inspiring than to brainstorm, create a strategy and ultimately grow a business in a sustainable and profitable way. I started Senior Management Support on the 1st of October 2020. A Bulgarian company was struggling in penetrating the Benelux market with East European barnwood. The question was a simple one: Do you know anything about barn-wood and are you willing to help us setting up a distribution network in the Benelux?" I had to admit that I knew nothing about barn-wood but I was keen to develop the market on their behalf. I am proud that within a few months, we have a successful business as one of the leading suppliers of eastern European barnwood in the Benelux. For me it is a good example that promoting a Circular Economy goes hand in hand with economic growth and prosperity of my company. Besides barnwood I have been consulting Agri-companies, sugar groups, trading companies, shipowners, stevedoring companies, and even cemeteries. My experience and knowledge have been proven to be useful for other companies in different kind of disciplines.
So far, I have been active in North West Europe only, but the sky is the limit.
